I have a friend who did not get the Rex Signet before making the jump over to the dark side :-). Is it possible to get this item after making the 2 year leap or is he S.O.L.?

i did the same thign on one of my chars. just goto the skill trainer in ascalon city and he will sell it to you like any other skill
